Hospital Flips with Mark Hanson! Hospital flips are not to be confused with casper flips! Casper flips involve tapping with your back foot to reverse the flip, whereas hospital flips are all about the front foot.

i got a GIRL skateboard logo Shirt and just wondering it if it its ok for a guy to wear one is it for girs or guys?

girls are for everybody they are actually pretty good decks some of the best…. idk if i would wear a girl brand shirt though…just seems weird to be… go get a chocolate brand shirt…same company.

wear a helmet and follow your instincts. learn the basics before you try any tricks, just riding it turning and stopping. there are some pretty decent online resources just type learn to skateboard in google, also youtube has some helpful videos which are good because you can see how to place your feet and such.

Im am soo interested into skateboarding .

I notice alot of skinny people skate…
I am not the skinniest girl out there soo im not really confortable.
I would love some advice about that???
i am 5’7” and 160lbs. Muscle weighs more than fat soo thats why i weigh alot. i am very atheltic. but i mean like…im not ALL MUSCLE u kno…im just like..i have an athletic body…LMAO off topic >:o!
but i mean like theres some weight i could lose around my tummy and arms and stuff…
My board hasnt came in the mail yet and so im going to diet and excersize and try to get skinny while learning how to skateboard and then when christmas comes around my plan is to get a pro skateboard and some gear and maybe some clothes :] and me and my friend are going to hot the skateparks.
Dont think of me as a freakin poser and stuff.
Theres a new girl that came to our school and she has cleft lip and shes a skateboarder and she dont have alot of freinds and stuff so ive been talkin to her and she inspired me into skateboarding- luv her to death :] buut yeeahhh anywayssss….

Yeah Nice Deck but before u get all excited, skateboarding is a lot of work ive been skating for a year anna half, my friends all 3 and plus i cant ollie yet. but when you get frustrated just wait until your ready to try again then go at it with heart. Its about fun enjoy yourself!!!!!!
