Any tips on skateboarding for beginners?

It’ll help lots like how to do ollie’s, tic tac toe, and other tricks and tips on going on rough grounds and stuff like that Im not rushing or anything thanks for the help also I really need to clean my skateboard. Any good skateboarders? And where to go that has smooth grounds the place I live on the grounds are really rough. Not the skatepark though Im going when Im a little better. Also Anything else I need to know thanks a lot

okay first thing, I must say good job for knowing not to rush yourself, because it do you no good but hurt you. Okay now make sure you are pretty comfortable with riding a skateboarding, and going over small cracks on the floor (pick up your nose and you board should follow and go over it). 2nd make sure you know how to fall (Roll on ur back not fall straight down). 3rd make sure you know how to turn good, not just leaning to turn, but to pick up your nose and turn. 4th now you can try to ollie, ollie is really the most basic trick on a skateboard, unless you want to count the grabs (pick up your board and throw it down and land it as it falling, such as acid bomb drop, bomb drop etc), the real trick tip to ollie is really to get use to hitting the tail, jump as soon as it hits the floor, and as well as sliding your front feet to level out the board (yes I understand you need to at least know how to put your feet and what not to be the most important, but what i’m saying is what it takes to do a solid ollie, not just do it) Keep practicing and you will get use to it and know how to do it. Also finding foot placement is up to every skateboarder, of course trick tip can tell you a idea for where to put it, but the exact spot is up to you, that’s why trick tips doesn’t seem to help… because everyone is different and should be different. 5th, after Ollie I highly recommend going into shuvits / pop shuvits to give yourself the feeling of the board not sticking with you all the time and the jump to catch the board. shvuits is just pretty much throw your board around but you don’t stick with it, instead you throw it and jump forward a little to catch it. then you can combine shuvits and ollie into a 180 ollie, which you ollie but the board turn and so do u turning with it. Well also there’s things like fakie / nollie and nollie, but I mean talking about like a new trick and not just switching feet/ direction, of course it’s not a bad idea to learn tricks in fakie / nollie, because some trick is easier doing in fakie / nollie. after ollie 180, then you try for kickflip / heel flip. Never let one trick hold you down, because every time you do another trick is actually helping you working toward a harder trick because you get more use to the board movement and what not every time you land a trick regardless if it’s hard or easy. Good luck to you, and make sure to enjoy yourself! Feel free to ask me any question or whatever, my honor to help another skateboarder (also that’s just my suggestion, you can try out different order to see what works out for you)
