Well i am going to start skating again soon and since iv nearly outgrown most of my clothes, can anyone post any links of places to buy clothes for skating? or that style of clothes if not for skateboarding in particular?

I used to skate like 2 years ago and I want to start again. I used to only be able to do an ollie and almost a kickflip. Now i am determined to do more tricks. I am also doing it to lose weight for exercise along with other things. I have an old board but the trucks are rusted and what not. I want to buy a new board but don’t want to spend more then 100 on it any help?

i know its sounds stupid but when i fall it kills me when i go off stairs but when i see people slide and fall like nothing i wonder how they do that.. any advice to not hurt myself as much on sets?
Yes, falling is a part of skateboarding but theres a way to fall correctly. You simply roll on your shoulder when you fall because it has the most muscle therefore cushioning your fall. You can also use your forearm, lower hips, and one of your buttcheeks.

The Broken Teddy Group Presents How To FS 180!
The frontside 180 is probably one of first tricks you learn as a skater. And people tend to find either the FS 180 or the BS 180 easier. I find FS way easier, and can barely even do a BS 180 in switch. Even if you don’t land with a pivot, you’ll notice I land my 180′s with the back wheels first (former front wheels), so that if I ever do under-rotate, I can fix the rotation as I land.
And again, like I said at the end of the vid, you can’t pop/spin a 180 down a stair set like you would flat ground. The key difference being that you can’t land back wheels first, you have to keep your board level, and land level. And the trick to that is keeping your shoulders level. Level level level level…
Either way, here’s FS 180′s, I’ll put out BS 180′s in the near future. That should finish off the beginner tricks, and at that point I’ll be looking for requests on some of the more complicated tricks.

Re-upload without the channel advertisement, just to make the vid a bit shorter.Man it’s been a while since I’ve put anything skateboard related on my channel… Kinda ironic. There was an awesome sesh at the park the other day where this photographer and amateur model rolled into the park with a ridic-sick motorcycle to take pictures on top of the pyramid, and they got a couple skaters in the park involved. Just thought I’d mention that cause it was sick (though the model was haggard).
Either way… wow, haggard is an actual word. Spell check didn’t correct me on it. ANYWAYS, woo! New trick tip. We’ll see what other trick tips I can put out in the future. If I manage to find a decent QP, I’ll definitely pump out some QP stuff. I dunno if I really wanna do grinds, cause I suck at grinding. Not my cup of tea. Whatever. We’ll see when the time comes. The guys at Renegade might be in on filming for some trick tips too, so that’d be pretty cool.
