Comfort—Adio vs Etnies—Also a question about the size of skateboarding shoes?

Which shoes are more comfotable and i wear a size 10.5 mens in basketball shoes i was wondering if that is a different size in skateboarding shoe? thank you so much
neither, if you want good quality skate shoes to last and are good, go for either lakai, fallen, emerica, or es. you would probably be like an 11.5 or a 12 depending on how loose or tight u like your shoes. but probly an 11.5 since your used to basketball shoes.

usually theyll have some nice shoes for around 20-30 bucks. to make sure on size, I’d download a foot size chart from one of the above sites or go to a local skateshop and try some on.
well first of all etnies and adios r both horrible
if u want a good skate shoe that looks nice go with some nike sb’s or supra’s both look nice, comfortable and easy to skate in
and high top nike sb’s might run a half size big

well i would pick adios…my friend has etines and they are falling apart after 6months! My fave kind is vans they are comfortable and great when you are skating. I thik they would be the same size its the same for girls like me so yea

what adios horrible yeah right, there the best shoes, personally my favorite, good comfort great grip, nikes are way to uncomfortable to tight of shoes just like quiksilver shoes go with adios

Well i am a girl i have etnies i think they are pretty comfy but there like $80 bucks sometimes u might need a bigger size cause etnies are small

First of all, the comfort of a skate shoe all depends on what was put into it. My experience will say that Adio is a more comfortable brand, i’m wearing some right now.
The size of your shoe.
Go into a local store, and try on the 10.5. If it fits perfectly, then get an 11. In my experience, the best shoe size to get is 1/2 a size up from the usual size you get. This just makes skating more comfortable, easier, and looks cooler.
