Link me to websites with figure skating dresses.
Also, any custom designers.
Some websites have plain dresses, so more practice-like dresses. If you like those, but think they are too plain, You can always rhinestone them or have someone do that for you. Some also have fancy ones. You could aso probably contact the people to make you a custom one, if they are in your area.

I am not sure about custom designers because I don't know where you live. Also, I don't know too many designers because my mom has made all of my dresses because she's a pretty famous designer in my area.

try typing in ice skating apparel in the google search bar. it is much easier and simpler to browse through than having people type in really long answers.
if u want something pricy or a gurantee that this person can sew, try typing in designers that work for the elites (sasha cohen kimmie meissner ) their names are available on their site

You can search for figure skating apparel on google, but a few sites that I shop from are http://www.skatesdresswarehouse.com http://www.gk-elitesportswear.com/CGI-BIN/LANSAWEB?WEBEVENT+L0D92794248A38594D5E4134+DEV+ENG and I also have seen some OK priced dresses at http://www.skatebuys.com I can't think of any custom designers right off of the top of my head, but when you google figure skating apparel some will come up.
