Skateboarding help, What are my skateboard wheels made out of and is tonyhawk a good brand?

Ok Here is the skateboard:

Since im just starting to skateboard i got a cheap one from walmart.. I was wondering what are the skateboard wheels made out of in that skateboard( because i know some skateboard wheels are made out of rubber and plastic and not urethane) and if tonyhawk is a good skateboarding brand?
Urethane me thinks, and birdhouse are nice yes, although that's not a hawk sponsored board, just one with his name on it, however thats not to say it wont be fine for just starting out on. Have fun!

if you got it at walmart it is definitely not good quality.

Skate board wheels used to be made out of wax, now they are made out of oil. Birdhouse is a good brand, but as it goes with any kind of fashion you end up paying extra for the label. If you want my advice i suggest you go out, buy a blank cbs or mini logo deck for 30 dollars, get mini logo or red berrings, buy a good pair of trucks because you will want to have those for the next 3 or 4 decks you have, get some krux or royals, or ventures something like that. And spitfire, autobauns, rictas, are good choices for wheels, Also Pig risers and black magic grip tape are good choices as well.

If it's that cheap, the wheels are probably a soft polyurethane. The main thing about wheels is hardness…the softer, you get a smooth ride and soft, stable landings, but they lack in keeping speed. The actual deck is good as any, but you will need to look into some harder wheels and finer bearing sets if you really want to make your board. Just browse a sports store, they should be able to explain your range of options.
As for the brands, they're subject to opinion. Some folks like one part, others hate it, and vice versa.

umm.. idk but i saw something about if you put wheels in the freezer they work and last so much longer
